Criminal Justice Technology/Homeland Security (C55180HS) Certificate

Purpose

Students completing the following list of courses will receive a certificate in Criminal Justice Technology—Homeland Security.

This certificate will provide students with foundational knowledge of Homeland Security, to include the historical, organizational, and practical aspects, terrorism, border and transportation security. Upon completion, graduates should be very knowledgeable about the primary characteristics of terrorism and Homeland Security, the various roles and functions, border security, the technology used to enforce it, and strategies of border security agencies.
