Robeson Community College Foundation provides essential financial support to students through the partnership of donors offering two types of scholarships:
Endowed Scholarships are funded through permanent gifts from donors, with the principal amount being invested. The income generated from these investments is used exclusively for scholarship awards, allowing these scholarships to provide financial support to students in perpetuity.
Non-Endowed Scholarships also known as annual scholarships, are funded by donations that are fully distributed as scholarships each year, rather than being invested for long term.
Eligibility criteria for all scholarships are established based on discussions between the donor and Foundation team. Scholarships are available for both the Fall and Spring semesters, depending on the availability of funds, and may be subject to change without prior notice.
