This course covers the various models of treatment in the human services field for individuals grappling with addictive behaviors. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based practices, therapeutic interventions, and recovery approaches aimed at addressing substance use and other compulsive behaviors. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of models of treatment and their application in the field of human services.
