Construction Management Technology (A35190), AAS

Purpose

The Construction Management Technology program is designed to prepare individuals for supervisory and management roles in the construction industry. The program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to oversee construction sites, buildings, and related facilities. Emphasis is placed on site safety, personnel supervision, labor relations, diversity awareness, and effective communication. Students will also gain expertise in construction documentation, project scheduling, cost and resource management, bid development, rework prevention, insurance and bonding, accident management, legal compliance, and regulatory standards.
